Hexagonal Salt and Pepper Diamond Solitaire

Resting in a pool of warm yellow gold this glorious rose cut salt and pepper diamond sparkles with shades of white, silver, and black. Depending on the light, you'll see large scatterings of pepper, sprinkles of salt, or glitters of gold showing through the clear windows of the gem. 

The ring was sculpted in wax, with an organic knife edge band. Its soft curves create a lovely contrast with the geometric lines in the cut of the diamond, and a harmony with the swirls of salt and pepper within. 

Rose cuts were popular historically because of their amazing sparkle even in low light, and they're a very wearable choice due to their low profile and relatively smooth crowns.  This ring is so luscious and easy to wear, it will be hard to stop staring at your hand or ever want to take it off!
