Resizing policy:

Most of our jewellery made of precious metals (gold, platinum, palladium) include one complimentary resize with each ring. Contact us if you would like to resize before shipping/collecting, alternatively we can resize your piece after it’s been tried on.

For certain pieces additional costs to resize may vary,  for example with larger pieces should additional precious metal be added to the band. Please do, get in touch if you have questions about your resize. 

C A R E :

With just a little TLC your jewellery will stay shining new as it is now and we’d love to share our essentials for best practice jewellery care.

Skincare products quickly build up on jewellery. Take a moment to remove rings before applying products that might coat the hands, such as using hand cream, and makeup. If you wear perfume, apply it before putting on necklaces or bracelets. Avoid contact with chlorinated water and harsh, abrasive household cleaning products. Cleaning chemicals especially those which contain bleach cause lasting damage to both precious metal and gemstones.

It is advisable to take rings off when doing strenuous activity such as working with hand tools, house work, lifting weights, washing up or anything similar. While less obvious it is possible to cause damage through small repetitious impacts.

Our beautiful sapphires and diamonds are incredibly hard and durable; however, they are not indestructible. A gemstone may be chipped if hit at a particular angle with enough force and care must be taken not to knock your piece against any other hard material.

The same applies to precious metal: gold and platinum are hardwearing, but may also be dented or bent out of shape with a hard knock or under excessive pressure.

From time to time your jewellery will benefit from a gentle clean. At home we recommend soaking your piece in warm water with a mild perfume-free detergent. Use a dedicated soft bristled tooth brush to gently loosen buildup from around pronged settings or other hard to reach areas. Thoroughly dry your jewellery after cleaning. 

We are always happy to clean pieces for you, and would recommend visiting us where we may undertake a complementary annual checkup on your item of jewellery to ensure it may be enjoyed for generations to come. 


S H I P P I N G :

  • Orders ship from our London studio via Royal Mail Special Delivery ( Domestic ) or DHL Express ( Domestic and International ) and will fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. 
  • For International orders, 20% UK Sales Taxes ( VAT ) will be removed automatically at checkout.  Any duty, local sales taxes and administrative fees will be payable by the purchaser upon landing in the destination country. 
  • Please send a message if you need to add shipping options, or need a rush order and we will do our best to help.
