Resizing policy:
All WeAreArrow jewellery made of precious metals (gold, platinum, palladium) can be resized once for no additional cost. Other resize costs vary, especially sizing up as additional metal needs to be added to the band. Get in touch if you have questions about your resize.
If you have ordered from our sterling silver range, we can exchange your ring for a different size if we have it in stock. Please see our return and exchange policies below.
C A R E :
All WeAreArrow pieces are made from quality Sterling Silver, 9 or 18 karat Gold, or Bronze. We avoid plating, so you can clean your jewellery without worry of surface wear. Some metals naturally develop a surface patina over time from oxygen, chemicals, and skin acidity. Buff the polishing cloth provided to return its shine.
Sterling Silver and Gold will not have any affect on your fingers, but Bronze can leave a green mark on your skin depending on the PH levels in your skin, and how you wear it.
If your item needs a polish to bring back its shine, try wiping the surface with a soft cloth dampened with warm water and dish soap. You can also soak pieces in lukewarm water and a drop of fairy liquid, and then use a soft, old toothbrush to gently brush underneath settings or other hard to reach areas. Rinse and dry thoroughly to avoid water spots.
We do recommend removing rings when applying lotion or sanitiser, or when doing any strenuous activity with the hands.

- Orders ship from London via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or Special Delivery (select at checkout)
- We try to keep our collection items fully stocked, and ready to ship within 5 business days. Occasionally we will need to make a piece just for you; please allow a minimum of 4 weeks for items to be made, cast, finished, and shipped.
- Send a message if you need to add shipping options, or need a rush order and we will do our best to help.
Trackable International Shipping:
Items will be sent from London, International Tracked + Signed via Royal Mail. This option includes tracking and insurance, and should take around 4-6 business days to arrive depending on your location.

R E T U R N S A N D E X C H A N G E S :
Can I return my items purchased online?
We require the piece to be returned to us within 14 days of notifying us of your intention to exchange. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Sender is responsible for return postage, and items must be sent insured and tracked (We suggest Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'). You are also welcome to return at our London shop for immediate service.
Can I exchange my purchase made in-store?
We are happy to exchange purchases made in-store. We require the piece to be returned to us within 7 days of the purchase date. All items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Can I return my purchase made in-store
Purchases made in-store cannot be returned but may be exchanged for another piece or for store credit within 7 days of purchase or collection.
What can't I return or exchange?
Bespoke pieces made in gold, palladium, or platinum that are custom made and created just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If there is a problem with your order please email us as soon as you can at arrow@wearearrow.com so we can assist you.
Sale items are also non returnable or exchangeable.
